Functional requirements

 (1) Traffic signals connected to the central control system through regional adaptive control network can accept control instructions issued by the central control computer and coordinate and optimize parameters to achieve coordinated control of traffic signals at multiple relevant intersections.Through regional coordinated control, local or entire area intersection traffic lights can be optimized and controlled by the central control system to achieve signal timing, ensuring that the number of stops and delays in the area is small.

(2) The intersection traffic signal control machines in the trunk line coordination control control area are all under the control of the regional computer. The line coordination signal timing and phase difference scheme is generated in real time by the line coordination adaptive optimization algorithm module based on the real-time traffic flow conditions.At the same time, different green wave control schemes can be implemented at different time periods, that is, the green wave control parameter settings are different at different time periods. The appropriate coordination control scheme can also be called from the local scheme library according to the real-time traffic flow parameters of key intersections to achieve green wave control. (3) Emergency vehicle green wave control (guard task) The traffic signal control system has emergency vehicle control function.The system can receive requests from special vehicles such as police, firefighting, ambulance, and rescue vehicles, and can prioritize the requests of the above-mentioned various vehicles according to the degree of urgency. (4) Bus priority control The traffic signal control system should have a bus priority control function. (8) Intervention The yellow flash control center control and management system can control the yellow lights of traffic lights to flash at a certain frequency to issue warnings or prompts to vehicles and pedestrians.

(9) The intervention light-off control in the manual intervention function can issue a light-off instruction to the intersection traffic signal control machine, so that the traffic signal control machine controls the traffic signal light to be in a light-off state.

(10) Degradation control fault degradation sequence can be set by the regional control machine.When other faults such as communication interruption occur, it can be downgraded to cableless coordinated control or further downgraded to single-point control; it can be downgraded to single-point full induction control, single-point half-induction control, multi-period timing control, etc.
